WebUndelete a brush. Go to Settings -> Manage Resources -> Open Resource Folder. You'll see a file "paintoppresets.blacklist". Remove it :) That will undelete all brush presets you have. If you want to undelete a specific one, you can open it in a notepad and comment out the one you want to undelete. Thank you.
