WebFCO has problems being installed via Vortex. Check out my comment here and see if that helps. Vortex has archive invalidation — just go to tools and it should be listed on there (I think the exact words are BSA invalidation). Just enable it and a new mod will appear on your mod list called ArchiceInvalidation. 2.

Whenever I activate Automatic Archive Invalidation through MO2, its just automatically turns itself off once I launch the game. On top of that, changes I make to my ini files through the ini editor don't save and are reverted.
