WebI sometimes have that issue. This works for me: delete all the pictures, save as draft, go back into it and upload the pictures again. Apparently saving as draft fixes stuff and allows you to go back to posting. Finally, It wasn't publishing because when I listed the boat and it wanted a color, I selected white.
