WebNov 14, 2024 · Under settings - accounts - accounts used by other apps, this school email account is showing up. There is no button to delete it. There is only a manage button. I have clicked the manage button, and signed into his school account. I tried to “sign out of all devices”. I restarted the computer. The account is still there. WebNov 9, 2024 · When I try to remove it from Settings > Email & app accounts > Accounts used by other apps, there is no option to "Remove", only to "Manage". Clicking manage prompts for authentication, which won't work anymore. Is there another way to remove the account so it doesn't keep producing authentication errors?
